Konfig Support Services is our Training Program that allows us to provide industry standard courses to assist your career development.  Konfig works closely with skilled trainers in the delivery of classroom based courses that are relevant to the work place

Our current offering is for 5 Days and will be held in Central London.

Dates for August 2010 will be announced shortly.

This course teaches you the essentials to get a fully functioning phone and voice mail system up and running.

This training will be very useful for anyone using Call Manager 5,6,7 or 8 and Unity 4,5 and 7. Also beneficial for Desktop Engineers and Network Engineers who want to expand their skills in the Unified Communication space.

You will learn the following.

How to install Call Manager 7 and Unity 7
Configure switches and routers for voice (vlan's QoS, gateways)
How to create users and phones
How to create gateways and trunks for inter connectivity
How to create dial plans
Implement SRST, backup and restore
Implement users features for the phone (Extension Mobility, Call Park, Call Back, etc)
How to create Voice Mail users
How to create customized auto attendant scripts (Call Handlers and Interview Handlers)

The course trainer, Ron, is certified as a CCSI, CCNA, CCVP, CCT and MCSE.  He has 15 years training experience having previously worked for Global Knowledge and more recently across North America, London and Dublin as a Cisco Trainer.

Ron will be supported by a double CCIE (Routing and Switching and Voice) so a lot of experience is on offer to help you get the best out of the course.
